We have highly skilled clinicians trained in best practice interventions to treat mental health and substance abuse disorders for children, adolescents and adults. Our team of professionals includes medical directors, attending psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, marriage and family therapists, alcohol and drug counselors, art therapists, behavior analysts, activity therapists, chaplains and mental health workers.
We offer confidential no charge assessments to help guide individuals to programs that may best meet their needs to help them on the road to recovery. No charge assessments are scheduled by appointment by calling 502-451-3333. Our Louisville Assessment and Referral Center is open 7 days a week / 24 hours a day, walk-ins are welcome.
