Primary Duties Handles training of the Patient Access Team. Is responsible for maintaining the Patient Access Team Statistics. Maintains a positive Attitude.Cross trained to fill in as coverage for all positions and takes part in the On-Call Rotation. Registrars and Pre-Registrars patients coming into the hospital for treatment. Screens Patients for possible financial assistance. Accepts bed reservations and orders from physicians. Assist guests with loading and unloading patients when necessary. Performs other duties as instructed by the Department Director or Manager.

Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. Six to eight months of college or technical school preferred. Computer experience, secretarial skills and experience in medical insurance preferred. Must have mathematical skills and be able to type 50 wpm.
