The 15-story, state-of-the-art Frazier Rehab and Neuroscience Center located in the downtown Louisville medical campus is home to Frazier Rehab Institute’s acute rehab hospital as well as select outpatient therapy programs. Accredited by the Joint Commission, Frazier combines clinical expertise with a unique and well-equipped facility to offer the most advanced rehab therapies in a attractive, comfortable environment.

Our treatment areas have been specifically designed and equipped to serve the therapeutic needs of our patients. Frazier’s therapeutic approaches and equipment address problems related to balance, sitting, mobility, self-care, vision, cognition, behavior, emotions, communication, and swallowing. Each patient receives an individualized multi-disciplinary evaluation and treatment plan that may include the use of the following interventions to achieve mutual goals:

  • Dynavision for visual perception
  • Biometrics for upper extremity rehab
  • Upper extremity robots for improved movement
  • Fluoroscopy and endoscopy for swallow evaluation
