Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality medical care while making your stay with you us as comfortable as possible and achieving your complete satisfaction. Part of your comfort comes from having accurate information so we have tried to anticipate some of your questions and address them here. However, this information is not intended to take the place of personal explanations. Effective Thursday, Oct. 1, 2020 for the entire UofL Health system until further notice
All visitors must be 18 years of age, should arrive wearing a mask and will need to complete a health screening when entering a facility. Those with fever, cough and shortness of breath, runny nose, body aches or respiratory symptoms will not be allowed entry. All visitors should wash their hands with soap and water for 20 seconds when entering and leaving patient rooms and the facility in general. Any visitor must stay in the patient’s room the entire time of the visit. If visitors do not want to wear a mask, they will not be allowed to enter the facility. Masks can be provided to visitors if one is required during an urgent or emergent visit. Learn more about our visitors policy.
