Resources and Continued Support

At NeuroRehab, our team genuinely cares about your continued progress and success in life, long after you leave our program.  The average length of stay in the NeuroRehab program is 10 to 12 weeks (based on therapeutic need and often governed by your insurance benefits), but our team maintains contact with patients for months after that.  Our door is always open.  To that end, we also help our patients make connections in the community to broaden your support system.  Some of the available resources include:

NeuroRehab Support Groups

Join one of our monthly support groups for caregivers and survivors. Our support groups are designed to provide a place for you to build a supportive network for sharing common experiences. Sessions are led by a Frazier NeuroRehab Program staff member. Support groups include:

  • Brain Injury Survivor Support Group - held the 3rd Wednesday monthly, 5:30-7 P.M.
    • Support Group Meetings in 2020: May 20, June 17, July 15, August 19, September 16, October 21, November 18, December 2

  • Acquired Brain Injury Family and Caregiver Support Group - held quarterly, 4:30-6 P.M. Meetings are educational and provide a forum for individuals to share experiences.
    • July 14, 2020 - Join us via a VIRTUAL ZOOM MEETING!: Helping Each Other: Maintaining Healthy Relationships After Injury 
      Dr. Amy Gonshak, clinical psychologist with the Frazier NeuroRehab Program will discuss the impact brain injury can have on relationships.
