Kelli is clinical supervisor of Frazier Rehab Northeast.  She graduated from the University of Louisville and has 26 years of experience in various settings.  Her last 21 years has been spent in outpatient orthopedics.  Kelli enjoys treating all types of orthopedic and sports related injuries.  Special areas of interest include biomechanical/orthotic evaluation and fabrication, foot and ankle injuries, shoulder injuries, and pelvis/sacral injuries.  Kelli is also trained in lymphedema treatment techniques.  Kelli is certified in dry needling.

Jordan is a Bellarmine university graduate.  He is dual certified Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer.  Jordan enjoys treating a variety of sports and orthopedic injuries.  Special areas of interest include manual therapy techniques and dry needling.  Jordan is certified in dry needling.

Jeremy graduated from Bellarmine University.  He has varied experience working with high school athletes completing injury screenings and rehabilitation and with professional athletes (Louisville Fire Football) rehabilitating sports injuries.  Jeremy believes in a multi-professional collaboration to rehab athletes and quickly return to play.  Jeremy is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Adjunct Faculty for Bellarmine University Physical Therapy Program.  Special interests include sports medicine, shoulder rehabilitation, knee rehabilitation, ankle and foot dysfunction.

Jason is a dually credentialed physical therapist and certified athletic trainer.  He is board certified in orthopedic physical therapy and holds a certification as a strength and conditioning specialist and is certified with functional movement screening.  Jason earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Kentucky, a Masters degree in exercise physiology from the University of Louisville, and a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University.  He has over 21 years of experience in sports medicine and has a vast background in working with athletes of all ages and experience levels.  Jason is certified in dry needling.

Gordon was trained at University of Alberta, Canada.  He enjoys treating all variety of musculoskeletal conditions.  He has a history of working with patients of all ages and varied phases from acute care to sideline and pediatric to elderly.  Gordon states “I am continually fascinated by the interconnected nature of the body and am increasingly convinced that the best level of care treats the whole person.”  Gordon is one of our Golf injury/ prevention specialists.  Gordon is certified in dry needling.

Jon graduated from the University of Louisville PT program and has 20 years experience in the field.  He is board certified in orthopedic Physical Therapy.  Jon works with a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries in the clinic and with University of Louisville athletics.  He has special interest and training in foot/ankle biomechanics, orthotic evaluation/fabrication, running injuries, and functional movement screening.  Jon is certified in dry needling.

Bobbie brings 35 years of clinical expertise to our team.  She has vast experience working with all types of injuries including orthopedic, sports, and occupational.  Bobbie also has experience and enjoys fabricating foot orthotics, pelvic floor retraining, and is LSVT certified.  She enjoys being a clinical instructor to train incoming Physical Therapy students as well.

Kelly received her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University’s Sargent College of Allied Health Professions.  She has over 25 years of experience in outpatient clinical operations and patient care.  Kelly's primary interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, occupational/industrial rehab, health and wellness, and education.  Kelly is certified in dry needling.

Nathan received his training from Bellarmine University.  He enjoys treating a variety of General orthopedic and sports related injuries.  Nathan has special interest and training with running injuries and gait analysis as well as with shoulder pathology.  Nathan is certified in dry needling.

Christi Received her Bachelors of Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville and her Bachelor of Psychology from Xavier University.  She is an orthopedic certified specialist.  Christi enjoys treating orthopedic, sports, and work related injuries on patients of all ages.  Special interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, aquatics, work related injuries, and childhood obesity.  Christi is certified in dry needling.

Drew graduated from the University of Evansville.  She treats adult and adolescent patients with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions ranging from sports injuries, surgical bone fixation, muscle injury and repairs, chronic pain, and  repetitive use injuries.  She enjoys returning her patients to work and play and reducing the risk of future injury.  Drew is certified in dry needling.

Christy received her Bachelor’s of exercise science and doctor of Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University.  She specializes in treating and has vast experience and mentorship with neurological conditions such as Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, and Vestibular conditions. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages, including pediatric.

Kristen received her Physical Therapy education at Saint Louis University.  She is dual credentialed Physical therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer.  She is also a certified Lymphedema therapist (CLT).  Kristen has broad experience treating athletes at every level from recreational to professional.  She enjoys working with all types of orthopedic and sports injuries as well as workers compensation and Lymphedema.  Kristen is certified in dry needling.





Mindi Daniel, PT, DPTMindi Daniel, PT, DPT
Staff Physical Therapist

Mindi is a licensed physical therapist and is certified in dry needling, fascial manipulation, FMS and SFMA. She graduated from Miami University in 2000 with a BS in exercise science and a minor in marketing. Mindi went on to continue her education graduating in 2006 from Bellarmine University with a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After spending 3 years at Ireland Army Hospital, she spent 6 years in Germany where her mission was to help combat troops return back to duty. Mindi specializes in treating patients with orthopedic musculoskeletal injuries using a combination of manual therapy and functional therapeutic exercise.
